Prague Architecture

Prague has some of the best preserved architecture in Europe.  Although the city has seen different rulers over the centuries, one thing that remains is the architecture.  Walking through the city laneways, one feels the spirit and stories of the old city.

I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to live in Prague for over two years.  During this time, I discovered the awe, beauty and inspiration of each stone and brick of each building.  It’s hard to not feel as if I was living a real life fairytale location.

The interior of the buildings also contain stories beyond imagination.  The Neo Renaissance ceiling of the Cafe Savoy was boarded up after World War 1 and forgotten about until many decades later, the new proprietor restored the cafe to its glory days.  Cathedrals and smaller churches also adorned by frescos and intricate chandeliers is a sight to behold.

No matter the season, Prague is an amazing location to capture romantic and fairy tale photographs of couples.
